Lansell Legal began operating as a private practice in 2008, but the experience behind this Cottesloe-based law firm is significant. For over 40 years, Phil has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. He he has assisted a vast number of clients achieve a positive outcome by building a solid relationship with each client based on trust and respect for the client’s circumstances.
Since the mid 80’s, Phil has developed a solid reputation in Perth particularly in personal injury compensation and insurance related claims, including workers compensation, public liability and motor accident matters. More recently Phil has assisted many clients with a variety of legal issues. If he is unable to act personally, he will refer clients to the best qualified person for the particular matter.
Prior to opening his own private practice in about 2007, Phil was a part of WA’s largest independent law firm, Jackson McDonald. During his 30 years of service to Jackson McDonald, Phil was a solicitor, associate and partner and spent two years as managing partner.
Now in private practice, Phil continues to delivering the highest standards of legal service in a compassionate, professional manner.
